Rule of Thumb for Scans Every 90 days during the first year is ideal. This allows us to track shifts, support emotional and physical cycles, and adjust protocols as your body and spirit respond. After the first year, many choose to move to annual scans for maintenance and insight. Some prefer twice a year for seasonal support or deeper generational work. Others schedule scans as needed, especially when symptoms arise or spiritual clarity is needed.
